Henan Wangpai Abrasive Cloth Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (WP Abrasives) is a professional manufacturer of coated abrasive cloth and abrasive cloth jumbo rolls in China. Founded in 1997, we have specialized in the development and manufacturing of abrasive cloth for nearly three decades.
Our manufacturing base is located in Luohe, Henan, China, covering approximately 100 mu (about 66,700 m²). The facility operates 3 cloth treatment lines and 4 coated abrasive manufacturing lines, with an annual production capacity of approximately 20 million square meters.
What We Manufacture
WP Abrasives focuses on resin-bonded abrasive cloth jumbo rolls for professional abrasive converters and industrial applications.
Our abrasive cloth product portfolio includes:
- Ceramic abrasive cloth
- Zirconia alumina abrasive cloth
- Aluminum oxide abrasive cloth
- Silicon carbide abrasive cloth
- Compact grain abrasive cloth
Our products are designed for conversion into abrasive belts, flap discs, flap wheels and other coated abrasive products, with solutions available for metalworking, stainless steel grinding, woodworking and other industrial grinding and finishing applications.
Manufacturing & Product Development
With decades of experience in abrasive cloth manufacturing, WP Abrasives has developed capabilities covering cloth treatment, abrasive coating, product development, performance testing and quality control.
We operate our own abrasive technology research and development facilities and continuously develop abrasive cloth products for different grinding conditions, materials and converter requirements.
From backing construction and abrasive grain selection to coating formulation and product performance, our goal is to provide abrasive converters with consistent and application-oriented abrasive cloth solutions.
Working with Abrasive Converters Worldwide
WP Abrasives primarily works with abrasive belt manufacturers, flap disc manufacturers, flap wheel manufacturers and other professional abrasive converters.
We understand that converters require more than standard product specifications. Different converting processes, grinding applications and markets may require different combinations of abrasive grain, backing, grit range, coating and product construction.
For this reason, we support product selection, customized specifications, OEM/private-label cooperation and product development based on customer requirements.
