Core Advantages:

1.This black silicon carbide abrasive cloth adopts full phenolic resin and X-type all-cotton base, in widths of 830mm and 1430mm. Tensile strength: 1900–2100N/50mm (warp), 500–700N/50mm (weft). Grits P36-P1000, 60# is the common size.

2.It can be made into flap discs and dry grinding flap wheels. The former is for metal polishing and pre-electroplating; water-assisted grinding is available for titanium plates.

3.Suitable for non-ferrous metals, glass, wood, plastic and other materials. It cuts sharply with good heat dissipation to avoid workpiece burn. Finished tools feature flat shape and even wear.
