Core Advantages:
1.This reddish-brown abrasive cloth uses brown alumina grains and full phenolic resin on high-strength X-type polyester base, with a fixed width of 1400mm.
2.The polyester base boasts excellent tensile strength: 2400–2600N/50mm in warp direction and 700–900N/50mm in weft direction. It withstands long-term heavy grinding without stretching, breaking or grain shedding.
3.With evenly arranged grains and steady cutting performance, it can be made into standard and custom abrasive belts. It works for ferrous metals and wood panels, and is especially suitable for heavy stock removal on solid wood.
