Core Advantages:

1. This product utilizes calcined brown corundum abrasive grains and a phenolic‑resin binder, mounted on a P‑type polyester backing. It features a reddish‑brown color, a width of 1400 mm, and high warp and weft tensile strengths of 2800–3000 N/50 mm and 900–1100 N/50 mm, respectively. Available in grit sizes from P24 to P600, it offers excellent fabric strength, superior wear resistance, and long‑lasting sharpness. It is resistant to water and oil during grinding and can be converted into abrasive belts of various specifications. It is specifically designed for the grinding of hard metallic materials such as steel, stainless steel, and alloy steels.
2. Leveraging the thermal stability of calcined brown corundum, this abrasive maintains its sharpness for a longer period and is less prone to high‑temperature deactivation. The product offers dual resistance to water and oil, supporting both wet and dry grinding operations, and can be cut and converted into abrasive belts of various specifications.
3. Sanding surfaces can be selected as needed: plate‑type automatic grinding typically uses a red sanding surface, while manual polishing with contact wheels usually employs a brown sanding surface. It is primarily used for deburring and polishing the surfaces and edges of hard metals such as stainless steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel, as well as various small hardware tools.
