1. This product is manufactured using black silicon carbide abrasive grains bonded with phenolic resin, mounted on an X‑type all‑cotton cloth backing. It has a black appearance and is available in widths of 830 mm and 1430 mm. Its warp tensile strength ranges from 1900 to 2100 N/50 mm, while the weft tensile strength is 500 to 700 N/50 mm. The grit size range spans P36 to P1000, with 60# being the standard grade.
2. It can be further processed into two mainstream consumable types: one is blade‑type and Korean‑style polishing discs, suitable for repairing and polishing metal surfaces, edges, and weld seams; after grinding, the workpiece surface is smooth and well‑finished, making it ideal for pre‑treatment prior to electroplating. The other is dry‑grinding wheels, typically used for dry‑grinding operations; when grinding titanium plates, water‑assisted cooling can be employed to enhance the grinding process.
3. Compatible with non‑ferrous metals such as titanium alloy, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum, while also accommodating non‑metallic materials including glass, minerals, wood, plastics, rubber, and rattan products. The abrasive cloth delivers sharp cutting performance, stable heat dissipation, and excellent grinding consistency, helping to minimize workpiece scorching and blackening. It can be used to produce flap wheels and sanding discs that maintain a flat, uniform surface finish with even wear.
