1. This product is a calcined brown corundum abrasive cloth specially designed for louver blades. It is manufactured by bonding calcined brown corundum abrasive grains with a phenolic resin binder. The abrasive surface is available in blue or brown, while the backing is made of an X‑type polyester‑cotton blended fabric. The finished roll width is 1,430 mm. The cloth base exhibits stable mechanical properties, with warp and weft tensile strengths of 1,800–2,100 N/50 mm and 600–800 N/50 mm, respectively. The blended backing is flexible and resistant to bending, making it well suited for the entire deep-processing workflow, from louver blade cutting to pressing, and minimizing issues such as backing cracking or localized sand loss.
2. Designed for water‑based sanding applications, this product delivers exceptional grinding efficiency, maintains sharp abrasive edges for a long time, and ensures stable, synchronized grinding even at high blade speeds. It also features low cutting resistance, providing a comfortable handling experience and reducing the frequency of sanding pad changes.
3. Application scenarios cover ferrous materials and stainless steel grinding and polishing that do not require electroplating, enabling weld‑seam grinding, rough removal of surface oxide layers, cleaning of metal corrosion, and deburring of edges and corners. It is also suitable for post‑cutting burr removal on non‑metallic materials. Primarily designed for the pipe‑manufacturing industry, it can also meet a wide range of standard grinding needs for various metals.
