2. The grit range spans the full spectrum from P36 to P1000, meeting the requirements of rough grinding, medium grinding, and fine grinding across the entire process. It offers flexible operating modes, with dry grinding as the primary method and support for water‑assisted wet grinding, lowering the barrier to entry. Compared to the ZQ all‑cotton‑backed premium model, this version is designed as an economical, general‑purpose abrasive, ideally suited for common metals such as carbon steel and alloy steel, as well as stainless‑steel surface grinding and edge‑corner polishing that do not require subsequent electroplating. It is not recommended for high‑finish pre‑plating preparation applications.
3. The base material exhibits excellent formability and compatibility, ensuring high dimensional stability and flatness when processed into flap wheels. During prolonged grinding, the abrasive surface wears evenly, and operational synchronization remains stable. Moreover, it retains the series’ outstanding heat‑dissipation performance, effectively preventing the blackening and surface scorching commonly observed in conventional dry grinding. In addition to flap wheels, it can also be manufactured into sanding discs with hundreds of blades, suitable for standard sanding of metal workpieces—whether flat, curved, or along weld seams—balancing performance and procurement costs.
