1.This abrasive cloth for flap discs contains 30% SG mixed abrasives of ceramic and calcined brown alumina, bonded with phenolic resin on X-type blended base. It comes in pink and purple, with a width of 1470mm.

2.Tensile strength: 2000-2200N/50mm (warp), 700-900N/50mm (weft). Available in grits P36-P120, it is a high-ceramic abrasive cloth. The specially treated base ensures stable performance during high-speed grinding. Ceramic abrasives feature sharp cutting power and good heat dissipation to prevent workpiece burn.

3.It is used for grinding and polishing common metals and unplated stainless steel, especially for weld treatment on stainless steel and hard alloy plates. Custom sizes and grits are available.
