Guidance on selecting the right sandpaper, recommendations for optimizing advanced processing techniques, design of customized solutions, post-sales technical support, monitoring and debugging of sample trials, and rapid troubleshooting and resolution of quality issues—we provide end-to-end, closed-loop service to help customers overcome production challenges.

Custom Sample Analysis

Customers can mail samples of the workpieces to be sanded and reference product samples to our factory laboratory. Our technical team will conduct a one-on-one analysis of key parameters such as workpiece material, sanding conditions, and precision requirements, and develop customized sanding cloth products to address common issues such as the unsuitability of standard sanding cloth, poor sanding results, and rapid wear.

Dedicated Laboratory Testing

The company has established its own standardized quality control and R&D laboratory, equipped with testing equipment and a technical team. The laboratory is capable of conducting tests on multiple parameters, including sandpaper abrasion resistance, tensile strength, sand shedding rate, and particle size accuracy, ensuring strict quality control while providing data support for customized R&D projects.

Customer Sample Center

Customers may mail samples of workpieces to be polished, as well as samples of benchmark products, to our factory’s laboratory.

Customized R&D Solutions

The technical team conducts one‑on‑one analyses of key parameters such as workpiece material, grinding conditions, and precision requirements, and develops tailored abrasive cloth products while fine-tuning the formulation.

Strict quality inspection and assurance

From the time raw materials enter the factory to the time the finished product leaves, more than 20 inspections are conducted.

Deep Processing and After-Sales Service

Optimized deep-processing techniques, customized solution design, sample trial and follow-up adjustments, and rapid identification and resolution of quality issues—offering end-to-end closed-loop service.
