The product exhibits tensile strengths of 1,800–2,000 N/50 mm in the warp direction and 600–800 N/50 mm in the weft direction, with grit sizes ranging from P36 to P120, making it a specialized substrate tailored for louver blades. Following a proprietary surface treatment, the sand‑finished surface remains color‑stable even after high‑temperature baking, while maintaining consistent grinding performance. It combines high grinding efficiency with long‑lasting sharpness as its key advantages.
3. This product features a proprietary formulation with no direct competitors on the market, and excels in processing 304 stainless steel. It is compatible with ferrous materials and requires no electroplating; its full‑process capabilities enable deburring, weld‑seam grinding, rough polishing of surface oxide layers, and removal of metal rust, while also addressing burrs at the edges of non‑metallic cut parts. However, it is not suitable for grinding A3 steel and is specifically designed for precision finishing applications involving various types of non‑electroplated stainless steels.
