It utilizes brown calcined alumina abrasive grains, bonded with phenolic resin, and features an X‑type polyester‑cotton blended backing. The fabric width is 1470 mm, with grit sizes ranging from P36 to P120, and its warp and weft tensile strength is optimized for high‑volume machining on louver‑blade production lines.
2. Calcined brown corundum abrasive exhibits excellent resistance to dulling, maintaining sharpness over extended use and ensuring stable grinding consistency during high-speed operation of flap discs. The X‑type blended backing resists bending and deformation, resulting in a high yield of high‑quality finished flap discs after cutting, laminating, and other secondary processing steps. Overall grinding performance is comparable to that of mainstream wear‑resistant sanding cloths on the market.
3. The product has a wide range of applications, suitable for grinding and polishing ferrous materials and stainless steel without the need for electroplating. It effectively removes burrs, grinds weld seams, performs rough grinding of surface oxide layers, and clears metal rust. Additionally, it can handle edge burrs left after cutting various non-metallic materials.
