1. This product is WM001-N calcined brown corundum abrasive cloth, specially developed to match the Korean-style flower‑butterfly wheel; it can also be used to manufacture louver blades. However, when converted into a louver‑blade product, its toughness is superior to that of a louver‑blade conversion. It is bonded with a phenolic resin binder and features an X‑type blended backing, with a finished width of 1470 mm.
2. The warp and weft tensile strength of the fabric is 1800–2000 N/50 mm and 600–800 N/50 mm, respectively, demonstrating excellent toughness. When processed into a Korean‑style flower‑butterfly wheel, it delivers superior forming results compared to conventional louver‑blade substrates. Grain sizes range from P36 to P400 across all specifications, with 80# and 320# being the mainstream grades for standard shipments.
3. Suitable for grinding a wide range of metal workpieces, it is specifically designed for flat surfaces, curved edges, weld‑joint repair, and precision polishing, eliminating the need for subsequent electroplating and delivering consistently smooth, high‑quality finishes.
