1. This product is a 30% SG abrasive‑to‑substrate ratio specifically designed for flap discs, combining ceramic and calcined brown corundum abrasive grains bonded firmly with a phenolic resin binder. It features an X‑type blended fabric backing, with sanding surfaces available in pink or purple, and a width of 1470 mm.

2. The product exhibits tensile strengths of 2,000–2,200 N/50 mm in the warp direction and 700–900 N/50 mm in the weft direction, with a grit size range spanning P36 to P120, classifying it as a high‑ceramic‑content abrasive cloth. The cloth backing has been specially treated to ensure stable grinding performance even at high speeds; the ceramic abrasives combine exceptional sharpness with excellent heat dissipation, delivering outstanding machining efficiency while minimizing the risk of scorching the workpiece surface during grinding.

3. Typically suitable for grinding and polishing various common metals, as well as stainless steel that does not require electroplating; particularly well-suited for weld‑seam grinding on stainless steel and cemented carbide sheets. Product specifications and grit sizes can be customized to meet customer requirements.
