1. This product is a 50% SG high‑ceramic‑content abrasive cloth specifically designed for louvers, model WSG777+. It employs a composite abrasive consisting of ceramic and calcined brown corundum, bonded with a phenolic resin binder. The abrasive surface is available in pink or purple, and the backing is an X‑type blended fabric with a width of 1470 mm.
2. The product exhibits tensile strengths of 1,800–2,000 N/50 mm in the warp direction and 700–900 N/50 mm in the weft direction, with a grit size range spanning P36 to P120. The backing has been specially treated to deliver excellent grinding‑wheel runout and stability. As an upgraded version of WSG777, this product increases the proportion of ceramic abrasives and incorporates a dedicated heat‑dissipating coating. Compared with WSG777, it offers superior cooling performance under metal‑grinding conditions, resulting in lower workpiece surface temperatures and enhanced cutting sharpness.
3. Leveraging the inherent sharpness and superior heat dissipation of its high‑content ceramic abrasive, this product delivers a substantial boost in machining efficiency, while continuous grinding minimizes the risk of workpiece overheating, making it well suited to heavy‑cutting applications. It is primarily used for grinding and polishing common metals and stainless steel that do not require electroplating, and is particularly ideal for weld‑bead grinding on stainless steel and cemented carbide sheets.
