Core Advantages:
1. This product is a calcined brown corundum abrasive cloth specially designed for flap discs. It uses calcined brown corundum abrasive grains bonded with a phenolic resin binder. The abrasive surface is available in pink or purple, and the backing is made of an X‑type polyester‑cotton blended fabric. The finished roll width is 1,430 mm. The cloth base exhibits well‑balanced tensile strength, with warp and weft tensile strengths of 1,800–2,100 N/50 mm and 600–800 N/50 mm, respectively. The blended substrate offers excellent flexibility, resists cracking upon bending, and minimizes sand shedding, making it ideal for winding, cutting, and further processing on flap disc machines.
2. The product range covers grit sizes from P40 to P1000, with coarse‑grit grades forming the core of our inventory. It is primarily designed for dry grinding, while also supporting light wet‑grinding applications; it delivers stable heat dissipation and, under normal operating conditions, minimizes the risk of surface burn on workpieces. The product exhibits well‑balanced grinding performance, characterized by high grinding efficiency, long‑lasting sharpness, and excellent synchronization during high‑speed operation.
3. The product’s durability is on par with benchmark offerings, while its sharpness and overall cost‑effectiveness outperform competing products. It is primarily suited for standard metals and stainless steel that do not require electroplating, and is especially designed for the complete grinding process—deburring, rust removal, and polishing—of metal tubes and sheets.
