1. This product is a sanding cloth specifically designed for use with water‑grinding flap wheels. It employs calcined brown corundum abrasive grains bonded with a phenolic resin binder. The abrasive surface is available in two colors: pink and purple. The backing is made of an X‑type polyester‑cotton blended fabric, with a finished width of 1,430 mm. The fabric base exhibits stable mechanical properties, with warp and weft tensile strengths of 1,800–2,100 N/50 mm and 600–800 N/50 mm, respectively. The blended fabric offers excellent flexibility, making it well suited to the full range of advanced processing steps involved in flap wheel manufacturing—wrapping, cutting, and pressing. The finished product remains dimensionally stable during operation, minimizing deformation and misalignment.
2. The product range covers the full particle-size spectrum from P36 to P1000. In line with downstream pipe‑manufacturing requirements, the most commonly stocked sizes are concentrated in the fine‑grit range of 180#–400#, perfectly suited to the precision polishing needs of stainless‑steel pipes.
3. This product is specifically designed for wet grinding applications and is the mainstream consumable in Foshan’s local pipe‑manufacturing market. It is primarily used for spot grinding and polishing of stainless steel pipe welds, while also being compatible with conventional grinding and polishing of various common metals. The abrasive has undergone calcination‑based modification, ensuring stable self‑sharpening at the cutting edge; even during prolonged wet‑grinding operations, its sharpness degrades very slowly. When the flap disc rotates at high speed, it delivers excellent grinding consistency, and the entire machine operates smoothly without vibration or deviation.
