1.XZQ is a cost-effective flap wheel abrasive cloth of the ZQ series, widely used for general metal dry grinding. Made of brown alumina, full phenolic resin and custom X-type blended fabric in reddish brown, it is available in 830mm and 2.1430mm widths. With warp strength 1700–1900N/50mm and weft strength 500–700N/50mm, it stays intact under long high-speed grinding.

Grit sizes P36-P1000 meet all grinding needs. It works mainly for dry grinding and supports water-assisted wet grinding. Designed for economical use on carbon steel, alloy steel and unplated stainless steel, it is not suitable for high-gloss pre-electroplating treatment.

3.It features good formability. Finished flap wheels have even wear and stable operation. Its good heat dissipation avoids workpiece discoloration and burn. It can also be made into flap discs for hardware grinding. Cost-efficient, it is perfect for small and medium-sized grinding orders globally.
