1.Calcined brown alumina abrasive cloth for flap discs, phenolic resin bonded. Blue and brown surfaces available, with X-type polyester-cotton base and 1430mm width. Tensile strength: 1800-2100N/50mm (warp), 600-800N/50mm (weft). Flexible and bend-resistant, no cracking or grain loss during cutting and pressing.

2.Optimized for wet grinding. It maintains high efficiency and lasting sharpness with stable high-speed operation. Low cutting resistance eases operation and reduces disc replacement frequency.

3.Suitable for iron and unplated stainless steel for weld grinding, oxide/rust removal and deburring, also for trimming non-metallic burrs. Widely used in pipe manufacturing and general metal processing.
