1.This cost-effective abrasive cloth is specially made for flap discs. It uses reddish-brown brown alumina grains bonded with phenolic resin and X-type polyester-cotton blended base. The abrasive surface is available in red and blue.

2.The blended base combines cotton flexibility and polyester tensile resistance, ideal for folding and stamping during flap disc processing without cracking or grain loss. Grits range from P36 to P400. 60# is the main regular grade, with 40#–120# also in stock for heavy stock removal, deburring and basic polishing.

3.As an economical abrasive material, it offers great cost performance and meets standard grinding requirements for non-high-precision workpieces. It is used for ordinary metals and unplated stainless steel. Mainly exported to Southeast Asia to fit local basic grinding demands.
