1.This custom abrasive cloth for flap discs uses exclusive WP abrasives bonded with phenolic resin. The standard color is green, with pink and purple optional. It adopts flexible X-type polyester-cotton base and is 1470mm wide.

2.With stable mechanical properties (warp: 1800-2000N/50mm, weft: 600-800N/50mm), it resists bending and tearing. No discoloration occurs after cutting, pressing and high-temperature curing. Grits P36-P400 suit rough grinding and fine polishing.

3.It is 15% sharper and more durable than WM001S with lower wear. Ideal for iron, common metals and unplated stainless steel for deburring, weld grinding, oxide and rust removal, as well as non-metal deburring. It works exceptionally well on A3 and 304 steel.
