Core Advantages:

1.WSG777+ is a high-ceramic abrasive cloth with 50% SG abrasives for flap discs. It combines ceramic and calcined brown alumina bonded with phenolic resin, with X-type blended base and 1470mm width. The abrasive surface is available in pink and purple.

2.Tensile strength: 1800-2000N/50mm (warp), 700-900N/50mm. Grits range from P36 to P120. The specially optimized base ensures stable grinding. As an upgraded version of WSG777, it has higher ceramic content and an extra heat-dissipating coating, delivering better heat resistance and sharper cutting performance.

3.Featuring high sharpness and excellent heat dissipation, it boosts working efficiency and avoids workpiece burn even under heavy cutting loads. It is used for grinding and polishing common metals and unplated stainless steel, especially for weld grinding on stainless steel and hard alloy plates.
